You get $250 and your friend gets $250!

Customers simply submit your info and the person you want to refer, and if that person buys a new metal roof or metal building then you both get $250!  Rules and restrictions apply, see below.

Program Rules

Eligibility

1. Who Can Refer:
   1. Referrer must be a current or past customer of Island Metals ("the company"), having purchased metal roofing, metal roofing supplies, or metal buildings.
   2. Referrer must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States.
   3. Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of employees of Island Metals are not eligible to participate in the referral program.
   4. Referrers must submit all required information in the online Referral Program form to be considered for eligibility.
2. Who Can Be Referred:
   1. The Referred Customer must be a new customer who has never purchased from or received a quote from Island Metals.
   2. The Referred Customer must have had their information submitted by a referrer before a quote or invoice is issued.
   3. The Referred Customer must purchase either a new metal roof or a new metal building valued at or above $5,000 for the referral reward to apply.

Referral Rewards

1. Referrer Reward:
   1. The Referrer will receive $250 in the form of a customer credit upon the completion of the referred person's purchase and full payment for the first 2 referrals.  The 3rd successful referral will be awarded $100 in the form of a customer credit to reach a maximum annual payout of $600 (see Referral Cap below).
   2. The reward will be issued within 30 days after the Referred Customer has completed their purchase and full payment has been received.
   3. The customer credits are valid for one year from the date they are issued.  Any unused credit expires after one year.
   4. Customer credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be applied toward future purchases from Island Metals.
2. Referred Person Reward:
   1. Receive a $250 discount on your first qualifying purchase.
      
   2. The discount is applied at the time the order is finalized.
   3. The discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, sales, discounts, special pricing, or applied to negotiated pricing.
   4. The discount applies only to the referred customer's first purchase.

Conditions

1. Purchase Requirements:
   1. The referred person must purchase a new metal roof or new metal building directly from the company.
   2. The purchase must be finalized within 90 days after the referral is submitted.
   3. Only one referral reward per new customer (referred person) is allowed.
2. Payment Terms:
   1. The full payment for the new metal roof or metal building must be received by the company before any referral rewards are disbursed.
   2. Participants are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local tax obligations associated with referral rewards.

Limitations

1. Referral Cap:
   1. A Referrer may earn rewards for up to three qualifying referrals per calendar year, with rewards totaling no more than $600 annually.
   2. Referrals made after the cap is reached will not be eligible for rewards.
2. Program Changes or Termination:
   1. The company reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
   2. Any referrals submitted prior to program changes or termination will still be honored, provided they meet all program requirements.
3. Misuse or Fraud:
   1. The company reserves the right to withhold or revoke referral rewards if any fraudulent, dishonest, or misuse of the referral program is detected.
   2. Any attempts to “self-refer” or circumvent the rules will result in disqualification.
4. Geographic Restrictions:
   1. The Referral Program is valid only for qualifying purchases delivered within the State of Hawaii.

Communication & Tracking

1. Referral Tracking:
   1. Referrals must be submitted through the company’s official referral form.  Only referrals submitted through the official referral form on the Island Metals website are eligible. Verbal, mailed, emailed, or other referral submissions will not qualify.
   2. The Referrer will receive email notifications confirming the referral and reward status.
   3. The referred person will be contacted by email by the company
2. Marketing Consent:
   1. By participating in the referral program, both the referrer and the referred person agree to receive promotional materials, updates, and marketing communications from the company. Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
3. No Retroactive Referrals:
   1. Referrals cannot be applied retroactively to past purchases. Only new purchases initiated after the referral submission are eligible.

General Terms

1. Island Metal's rights:
   
   1. ​Island Metals reserves the right to interpret and apply these Referral Program Terms in its sole discretion. Decisions regarding eligibility, qualifying purchases, and reward issuance are final. Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
