How the Rewards Program Works
Qualifying purchases earn rewards based on invoice size.
The purchase thresholds are the same — the benefit depends on who is purchasing.

HomeownerIf you purchase metal roofing materials directly from Island Metals:
• Rebates are applied instantly at checkout • No waiting, no forms, no follow-up • Savings are clearly shown on your invoice • May be available during promotional events, when applicable This program rewards homeowners who consolidate their materials and invest in durable, long-lasting metal roofing. |
ContractorContractors earn cash rebates when their customers complete qualifying purchases.
• Cash rebates are earned per qualifying transaction • Rebates are paid quarterly once a minimum earned rebate threshold of $500 is reached • Paid by check or ACH • Reported annually via 1099 This program rewards contractors for bringing larger, consolidated projects to Island Metals — without affecting how you bill your customers. |
Why We Introduced the Island Metals Rewards Program
Over time, we learned that our previous VIP program wasn't serving all customers as well as it could. While it benefited a small number of contractors, it was harder to explain, didn't include homeowners, and didn't always align with how projects are purchased.
We created the Island Metals Rewards Program to be:
• Easier to explain and understand
• Provides immediate value to homeowners
• Offers meaningful cash rewards to contractors
• Rewards real purchasing behavior instead of status
This new program helps us serve our customers more consistently and transparently.
