Straightforward Whole Metal Roofing Project Packages

​Make the decision that best fits your project, delivered right to your location. Packaged but still customized – we make the panels to your exact lengths, variety of trim for your requirements, and colors of your choice!  Don’t need a whole package, no problem we sell individual components as well.

What's included in the Packages

ESSENTIAL1

• Kynar® Coated Galvalume metal panels in 24ga or 26ga in Island Metals stock colors (see here for current stock colors)  in PBR (4-rib), Corrugated, or Standing Seam profiles
• Kynar® Coated Galvalume metal Trim (such as drip edge, ridge cap, rake, etc.) in standard sizes. Trim quantities are for a usual house requirement, beyond $1.50/sqft of trim is sold by piece. Custom designed trim is not included and is sold by piece. 
• Stainless steel screws are color matched for Corrugated and PBR panels up to 76 per 100 sqft. 
• Standing Seam projects include: Stainless Steel pancake screws up to 76 per 100 sqft, galvalume clips up to 37 per 100 sqft,  stainless steel color rivets up to 10 per 100 sqft, butyl tape up to 3 per 1000 sqft. 
• Closures for PBR or Corrugated panels up to 2 per panel
• Sealant in clear or color up to 1 per 1000 sqft
• One-time delivery of package on the island of Kauai. Inter island shipping is extra.
• Invoice contains all materials requested for the package; additional requested materials will be charged separately.  No refunds on returned materials.

DELUXE2

• Includes all the above ESSENTIAL items plus…
• Underlayment (synthetic composition) up to 1 roll per 1000 sqft
• Pipe boot #3 up to 2 per 1000 sqft

PREMIER3

• Includes all the above DELUXE items plus…
• Underlayment SA (self adhesive) up to 2 rolls per 1000 sqft
• Skylight metal trim kit up to 1 per 1000 sqft

PRICING4

• Pricing is for Galvalume®/Zincalume® metal panels and trim.  Aluminum is 20% higher pricing.  Copper is not available in the Package Pricing program. 
• Special order color coils subject to Special Order Coil fee.
